The service here is pretty good, but I have to say, a couple of the staff members were not very friendly 🙁 On the bright side, some of the rooms offer a wonderful view.

Had real good stay for business trip with amicable staff and particularly good location near the bus station. Location: the hotel was so close to the shopping center and the business center, the restaurant and convenience store. I was happy to find Handayani Prima, it was not very far from the venue and served nice food.

My recent stay at Holiday Inn Express Jakarta Matraman was pleasant. The location of the hotel was good and convenient for my needs. The room was comfortable and clean, and I had a great view from the higher floor. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, especially Miss Hani who provided excellent service. The breakfast was okay, although the taste could be improved. The hotel also had facilities such as a work table, safe, and mini refrigerator, which were useful. I would recommend this hotel for its value.

Easter weekend was a blast! I loved the fact that every morning I was served a complimentary cup of coffee and blueberry muffins. The best part was the location, as I was able to walk to a nearby street fair and indulge in some scrumptious food. Plus, the hotel had a pool that was great for relaxing in the sun.

I was disappointed that the fitness center was too small and crowded. , I found it frustrating that the front desk staff didn't give me an accurate update on my room availability, and I was left waiting for more than three hours.
